You bet!

View the photo in Photology’s Detail View, double-click on the photo, and it will be opened in the Windows default image program. For example, if the default program for JPEG files on your computer is Adobe Photoshop, double-clicking on a photo you’re viewing in Photology will automatically open the photo in Photoshop and you’re ready to edit. After you save the changes in Photoshop, Photology will immediately update the view of the photo to reflect the changes you made.

If you need to change the default program used by Windows, do the following:

  1. Open Windows Explorer
  2. Right-click a JPEG file (any JPEG file will do)
  3. Select Open With->Choose Program…
  4. Choose the program you wish to use to open that file type
  5. Click the Always use the selected program to open this type of file checkbox
  6. Click OK

Note: This feature was introduced in version 1.0.105
